Why get stretched?
Assisted stretching is for everyone. Whatever age, body, fitness level or lifestyle, there are huge benefits to being stretched.
Whether you’re sporty, desk-bound, have suffered an injury, or just feeling the effects of modern life, being assisted into stretches that aren’t always easy to get into helps improve your range of motion, relieve stress, improve performance and gain awareness of your body in a way you haven’t experienced before.
What happens in a
stretch therapy session?
Assisted stretch sessions are 60 minutes long (although if you’re feeling indulgent you can always book for 90 mins). Just come along in comfortable clothes and socks that allow you to move freely. You won’t get hot as our stretch therapists are doing the work for you.
The session involves a series of stretches covering the whole body, unless you are working on specific areas that need some focus, care and attention. Just let us know what you are feeling and the session will be tailored to you.

How often should I get
stretched?
This varies from client to client. Regular stretching in some form gets the best results in the long-term.
Some clients come for an assisted stretch once or twice a week, some come once every two weeks and some whenever they feel they need it. Whatever works best for you.
